Thos Brown for traveling at night without A light with him and Refusing to go into the Siding place for the Ingine to pass him 5/- - - - - - - - - - - - - -
As it was Reported last week that no Waggons had been got up from Stockton more than had gon dowen; I have Examned Mr Tulleys Book and found during the last Month that the Locomotive Ingine men has Brought 117 Waggons up More than they have taking dowen. - - - {EP keep an eye on this subject}
