John Graham Reports to the Commettee

Richard Allan Engineman Stoped at Darlington on the Night of Friday Last with a Train of Empty Waggons belonging to Butterknowl Colliery on the following morning his Engine was out of order, by which the Waggons was detained Another Engine would have Brought the Waggs up to Shildon had he not been Stoped by Allans Fireman acting according to his directions this is a very greaveous case as the Colliery was Laid off
