In Obeadence to your orders of Last week I have made particular Inquiry respecting the waggon that belonged to Witton Park Collierey; which Broke the Sheaves with the Cupling Chain; the waggon had a Crook but was not Sufficent to keep the Chain up. {Apply for amt of damage and report}
June 23d One of Norwood waggons No 212; Broke Several Sheaves and Stands on account of A Wheel bricking; the wheel had been marked as not Sufficent Damages £11 “ 4 “ 6
