In Obeadence to your orders of Last week I have made particular Inquiry respecting the waggon that belonged to Witton Park Collierey; which Broke the Sheaves with the Cupling Chain; the waggon had a Crook but was not Sufficent to keep the Chain up. {Apply for amt of damage and report}
