J Graham Reports

That he has tried the Black Diamond Engine Again on the West Side of Brusselton And Finds that she is capable of Leading the St Helens Coals from the Foot of there Incline plain to the Bank Foot And also of Hauling all the Lading Waggons into the Rope, By doing this 2 Horses would be Saved at the Bank Foot & 2 of the St Helens Coal Companys
