on Two or three former occasions that some of the Collieryes were Sending extray weight, to prevent this as mutch as possable and as a protection for the Company against sutch occurances J. G would Recomend 4 or 8 waggons to be weighed every Day belonging to each Colliery and registered in the Book the Same to be Sent to J G every Thursday Evening this could be done without putting the Trade to any inconveneance By J Glass Weighing the Branch Waggons and P Tulley the West Collieries
J Graham Reports that he has seen the Contracters for the Locomotive engines and Mr Kitch

Mr Lister will do the Same thos[e] offers are nearly the Same as the Company are Now paying Mr Hackworth as he has 10¼d per mile and the Company paying the Mens Wages which is equal to 1½d per mile
