The Black Boy and Norwood Collieries have been very much stoped this Week for want of Empty Waggons[.] Both Collieries were off work yesterday

Oct 7th 1836 J Graham Report to the Commettee that he has got the whole of the Engine Wheels Gauged and can find little fault as it Regards the Wedging on of the Wheels; The greatest evel is of some of there having too much Play and some of the Engines not having there Wheels all of a size
