John Graham Begs to Call the Attention of the Commettee to the Coach Station at Middlesbro & a Shed for the Engine

A New Engine Called Dispatch made by Thos Hackworth & Co has been delivered this Week and passed

J G begs leave to Call the Attention of the Commettee to the Water for the Locomotive Engines at Middlesbro that which they are using at present beeing so injurious it will be almost impossable to keep them up; J G further begs to call your attention to the Water Station at Darlington the Present Tank beeing too Small for the [struck through] and in a delapedated State he would Recomend a Large Tank beeing placed at the North West End of the Bulding
