March 20th 1835 Reports made to the Stockton & Darlington Railway Commettee by JG
Mr Deans Agent met J Graham Yesterday to purchace part of the Railway Companys waggons , but could not agree about the Price. J Graham Offered them at 9 £ 10 S per waggon and was bid by Mr Deans Agent 7 £ per waggon

Mr Dean agreed to purchase 50 waggons of the Railway Co for £8 “ 10 each and payment to be made by a Bill at 6 months drawn on the Owners South End Colliery (John Dean & Co)
N B The Whole of the Wood Waggons with 5 of the worst of the Iron ones are then Sold and are nearly of equal Value
