35 to 60 Minutes before the time of the Coach Train starting from the above Station have directions to take the siding at Goospool and wate there untill the Train pass them

3d That no Engines be allowed to pass Darlington within 35 minutes of the time of the Coaches for Stockton Leaving the Station

4th That all Engines Assending have Orders to Drop there waggons and Engines Back on to the Main Line on the approach of the Coach Train and allow such train to proceed without delay

J Graham being apprehensive of part Passengers being conveyed from Shildon and its vicinity to Stockton on the wedinsdays by the Clarence waggonrs, wishes to know what steps will be best to take to prevent it
