Decr 23rd Thos Nelson Refused to go into the Siding at Urley nook for No 6 Engine to pass the Apprentice Boy went up to him and Requested him to go into the Siding and he Refused to do it and knocked the Boy into the Ditch {Anderson to take him before the Stockton magistrate EP
