Carter the Bulder had A Roap Stretched across the Line at Simpasture Bridge too Low for the Engines to pass and the Globe Engine Came up and Broke the Chimley off with it; he has bean Repeatedly told to keep his stones 2 feet from the Rail and has not don so; but Lays them almost close to the Railes No 6 Engine Struck against them with the Tender and Broke the Foot Step
