April 14th Peter Knox for not Regulating his Speed when he saw A set of Horse waggons traveling before him but Ran voilently up against them and Broke the Waggons { estimated Damages }
April 14th One of Black Boy waggons Broke Several Sheave Stands on the Black Boy South Bank on account of the Bottom Board Band being Broke she had left the Pit in that State { Damages 48/- Blk Boy to pay }
April 16th Wastell for not Regulating his Speed on Darlington Run but came down and met No 5 Engine and broke the tender { Mr Kitchen to give the Damage next week }
