price they were to have for bringing the Shipping coals down from Shildon to Darlington; they were quite dishartend on account of the Stoppages and difficultys they have to Contend with; and as I Saw that we were lossing Ground by it, I promised to Give them 5 Shillings per Jurney for the Shipping Coals, and the Land Sail Coals as before; by so doing it has had A good affect as will appear in Tulleys Return the Last Day {confirmed}
