July 20th Reports made to the Stockton and Darlington Railway Commettee by John Graham
July 13th
As John Peacock was Lowering down the Loading waggons in Darlington Run for to get his own out at the Switches; The waggons behind those that he was Lowering down came away and Joined against the waggons he was lowering down and broke several waggons; He ought to have gon for the Man that is there for the purpose of Runing the waggons to have Assisted him

George Barminghams man came down Darlington Run at a Furious rate and Ran with grate violence up against the Standing waggons and broke several Waggons and Lamed himselfe; Damage don to Waggons about 50/-

July 18th
William Straffair was brought before the Majestrates at Stockton by John Sedgwick for Leaving waggons upon the Main Line on Stockton Battrey and Obstructing the Passage; The Majestrates cleared him as there was nothing in the Companeys Laws or by Laws that would
