As the Loading waggons was Desending Brusselton East Bank the Chain Broke and the waggons got away and Broke 9 Waggons

8 of Mathw Stephensons Leaders on the Middlesbro. Line Left there Horses and Empty waggons Standing at New Port and went into the Public House and Stoped there there [struck through] A Considerable time; the Colliereys was wanting there waggons at the same time {10/- each}
