John Graham wishes the Report on the Fixed Engines to Stand over Another week
Feb 6th as the Black Boy waggons was assending the North Bank the Small Chain of the Dogg Broke and the Hook Sliped and 8 Loading waggons went Amain down the Bank and Broke 7 waggons

February 14th 1834 Reports made to the Stockton and Darlington Railway Commettee by John Graham
The Black Boy waggons that was Reported Last week as being Broke was ordred to Stand over to be Reported this week again.
The Bottom Bar of the Waggon where the Dogg was to hang onto is 1⅜ inch thick which is ¼ inch above the size, and would not admit of the Dogg; the Bank Rider got A Coupling Chain and put between the Dogg and the Bottom Bar which caused the accident
