Last week I have paid particular attention to the Engines traveling mounted on Springs throughout and Compaired them with those traveling without a Crank Shaft and only 4 of the Wheels on Springs

It is my opinion that the Engines on the Victory Plan traveling at 10 miles per Houre will do as much or more Injurey to the Railway as the Wilberforce Kind of Engine will do going at 15 miles per Houre

J Graham is Further of Opinion that should the Spead not exceed 8 Miles per Houre that the Injurey done to the Railway would not be serious

Decr 22nd, 3 of the Railway Companys waggons were broke near Brusselton West Bank Foot by Mr Deans Leader Leaving them standing wihout a Light the above Waggons were 3 of those that Mr Dean has the Lone of
Damage 25/-

Decr 24th 2 waggons belonging Witton Park Colliery were Broke at Brusselton Bank Head by getting off the way at the Crossing, one of the waggons were defective not being square on the Bearers
