I beg leave to call your attention to the Shipping of Coals at Middlesbro _ _ _Own to the Detention of Shipping of Coals the Vessels has been much Longer detained than they Ought to have been, and the Collierys put to great inconveneance thereby, on account of there waggons not having been regurly returned
