J Graham begs Leave to inform the Commettee that a Rope is wanted for the Black Boy Plain 700 Fathoms 6½ Inch Rope
J G also Reports that one of the Ropes on the above Plain has received considerable Damage this week on account of some of the Sheves being displaced
