Chains permently to the Center Box of the Waggon J G would recomend the Company to be at Part expence to get the Plan carried into execution say Suposing a Waggon to Cost 2/6d altering the Company to pay 1/- or any other Sum that may be agreed upon
On Tusday Night 24th Inst Some Evel disposed person or Persons wantingly or maliceously Laid some large Stones upon the Rail in Brusselton West Bank for the purpose I have no doubt of Throwing the Coach off the way, but fortunetly were seen and Removed by 2 young Woman

Agreable to the orders of Last week J Graham has examined the Bill of Damages Sent to the Company from the Agent of Deanery Colliery Last week
1st The Waggons on the Boy Plain J Graham considers the the [sic] Company not Liable to pay any Damages as the waggons was proved to be defective as was Reported by him on the 11th September
2nd The Waggon Damaged by Fire we have no account of therefore J G dose not consider the Company Liable
3d The Waggon Repaired by J Davidson was one that was left at Coatham Lane Depots with a Loos wheel and was Run out of the
