J Graham has giving the conveyance to Bishop Auckland due consideration as it Reguards a Trip with the Car dropping off during the Winter Season; this he can hardly recomend But would raither that the Shildon Coach Left Darlington during the Winter at 1 OClock instead of Half Past 1 by doing this the Car would be inabled to meet the Coach at

St Helens every Time & Wm Feetham will agree to do this for the Same price as he now has

On Tusday Last J Graham wated upon the Coal Owners as was requested and the most of them Promised to go on immeadetly with the alterations to the Coupling Chains Fastning to the Center Bars

On Friday Last a wheel came Loose upon one of South Durham Waggons[.] She got off the way and did considerable Damage to there Own waggons one of which is a Total wreck[.] J Graham dose nent [doesn’t] consider the Company Liable to any Damages
