January 8th 1836, John Graham Reports to the Commettee
On Saturday Last the Loading waggons was throwing off the way in Brusselton Bank & Broke one Wheel and Damaged one Waggon of Coals the waggon and Coals belonged to Mr Geo Dixon, Hackworth & Downing Liable to the Damages as it was occationed by the Inatention of there men
Part matearial has been sent from Garden Gill Pit and Eveing Wood Bridge to thrush Wood Branch such as Small Coal Balast and Stone Blocks and no account has been giving of them
