July 15th 1836, Jno Graham Reports to the Commettee
on Saturday last J G Sent Richd Pickering & Jno Sedgwick down the Clarance Railway to Collect Coupling Chains belonging to the S & D RW Co & the Coal Owners, 20 Cwt was got

On account of Geo Reed Neglecting to Hall the Coach J G has been obliged to take it from him and give it to R Labron
J G has also had to interfear with Hackworth & Downing and insist upon the Man at the West Bank foot being Chainged on account of the Waggons not having been properly oiled and the Tickets having been neglected
