Jno Graham begs leave to call the attention of the Commettee to the Coach Road at Brusselton Engine which Still stands undesided upon the plan for Chainging the Roads

Jno Graham begs Leave to call the attention of the Commettee to the State of the Sheeves & Rollers on Black Boy & Brusselton Plains for which Hackworth & Downing are Contractors.
The Sheeves and Rolers in the above Plains Since Hackworth & Downing Contracted for them has been keept in a most sluvinly and bad state
At the Commencement of the above contract there was 89 [struck through]124 Sheeves Broke and Chiped Less or more; At the Present Time 178 and 4 Cut and 2 Wood Rolers 1 of the Rolers was out 4 weeks & the other 2 Weeks; also 47 Sheeve Stands
