Septr 16th Jno Graham Reports to the Commettee

On the 15th instant a Horse belonging to Ralph Allcock was killed at Spout Lane by turning out before the Waggons

The Season being far spent J Graham would propose the following alterations being made for the Winter with the Coach Trains Viz to discontinue running from Haggarleazes at 6 OClock in the Morning & from St Helens to the above place in the Evening; From Shildon to Darlington at 5 OClock in the morning & from

Darlington to Shildon at 8 OClock in the Evening; From Middlesbro to Stockton at 7OClock in the Evening and from Stockton to Middlesbro at ½ past 7

JG would further recomend the first Train from St Helens to Leave at 7OClock in the morning instead of ¼ past [struck through] before 7 and to Leave Darlington in the Evening for St Helens at ¼ past 5 instead of ½ past 5
