November 24th 1837

Agreable to the orders of Last week J Graham Reports the Force of Men & Horses imployed at the Foot of each Plane and what ought to be imployed
1st Three Men and two Horses is employed at Brusselton West Bank Foot to Oil Haul and Chain the Waggons and take the Coach to St Helens
2nd Two Men one Boy and A Horse is found by the Contractor at the East Bank Foot and two Men found by the Company to Ticket and Chain the Waggons Day and Night
3d Two men and a Boy & Horse is found by the

Contractor at the foot of the Boy Plane to Haul and Remove all Waggons and Chain the Same and also to take Charge of the Tickets

Force required to Seperate the Waggons at Brusselton West Bank Foot Three men one Boy and Twp Horses exclusive of Hauling the Coach Additnal expence about 4/- per day; At the East Bank Foot no additnal force is wanted except chainging one of the Men found by the Contractor as he is not competent to do the work
