John Graham Reports to the Commettee
That it is his opinion an account ought to be keept at the Station by Benj Heighington of all Small Repairs done to the Coaches and Likewise to keep account of Oil & Cotton for the Lamps in that Department J G would also beg leave to call the attention of the Commettee to the Inspicting of the Coaches once every day by a competent person

John Graham Reports to the Commettee
On Wedensday Last the Rope Broke on the Black Boy North Bank when the Lading waggons had Assended about half way up the Plane which went amain to the Bottom Damages not yet Assertained
J Graham begs to call the Attention of the Commettee to the Coupling Chain Bolts which is now getting extremely scarce and the Trade put to great Inconvenience and risk thereby
